This is how you safely take off really messy gloves without spreading the mess or contaminating yourself.
About an inch from the cuff of the glove. pinch and pull up, opening the glove wide, Then, with one steady motion holding the glove from that pinched point, peel the glove off. When done correctly, the glove will turn inside out. Any mess that was on the glove is now contained. Use the remaining gloved hand to hold the reversed glove you just removed. Repeat the process, turning the second glove inside out over the first glove, containing any mess that’s on it. Pitch the dirty gloves into the waste bin and wash your hands.
